As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact and will deal with a wide variety of IT related questions and user problems.
You identify and analyze problems and solve them where possible. For more complex problems you take the initiative to involve a colleague from the Network Operations Center team.
In addition to answering questions, you are involved in various IT-related projects and perform scheduled hardware and software installations.
You ensure correct administrative processing and follow-up in the ticketing system.
Who are we looking for?
You have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in ICT or the necessary experience.
A good knowledge of French and Dutch or English.
You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Clients and Servers.
You have a basic knowledge of network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
VMWARE and/or HYPER -V knowledge is a plus.
You are familiar with the installation, configuration and inventory of IT hardware and software.

You possess a driver’s license, category B
